Background
I bring over five years of experience at the intersection of youth work, education, and student support, with a strong foundation built on a Master’s degree in Youth Work and a Bachelor’s in Philosophy. My journey began in the field — leading a team of 25+ regional employees and coordinating impactful projects specifically designed for young people from urban areas. These initiatives focused on empowerment, resilience, and providing opportunities for youth to grow and engage meaningfully in their communities.
In parallel, I’ve built a strong presence in higher education. At ADA University, I manage the academic tutoring program, leading a team of over 80 tutors and developing support strategies aligned with curriculum needs. I also lead the Student Success Community — a student-led team focused on academic resilience, creative expression, and peer mentoring.
Throughout my career, I’ve organized and facilitated countless workshops on time management, exam preparation, mental health, and leadership. I’ve mentored students launching new initiatives and guided them in transforming their ideas into real projects. My goal has always been to create environments where students feel supported not just academically, but holistically — as individuals with potential, voice, and purpose.
